September Market Update

Single Family Homes

We hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend & enjoyed some good times with friends & family! Getting back to business... Looking at the statistics this morning, supply & demand is still holding to its guns. Single Family Homes are still in a Seller's Market up until you hit that $1.1 mark, above that the demand is only at a 32% which has been consistent over the last 3 months. Although demand isn't high for luxury homes, prices have NOT dropped from this time last year.

Condos + Townhomes

As Summer approaches it's end, the demand for Condos & Townhouses are slowly decreasing, but not by much. It is still a Seller's Market, so there is still time to sell & get top value for your home!
