Ryan was born in Long Beach and is a proud graduate of HBHS and Cal State Long Beach . Since his time at CSULB he's lived in both San Diego and San Francisco but has since  found his way back home to Huntington Beach.  Ryan started his career selling for Ford and Apple, then going on to start a national photography business photographing for Google.  It wasn't until he started managing Airbnb income property that he found Real Estate as his true calling.
